Mueller Arrested For Drugs And Assault
Brooke Mueller, the most recent ex-wife of actor Charlie Sheen, was arrested over the weekend in Aspen, Colorado. Aspen police responded to calls of an alleged assault on an unnamed female patron at a bar called Belly Up this past Saturday. According to police reports Mueller, who split from Sheen in February of this year, was arrested a short while later at a different bar. Once authorities had Mueller in custody, they discovered she was carrying over four grams of cocaine. The former real estate investor booked on charges of assault and possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute. She was released after paying $11,000 bail. Mueller had a very public battle with Sheen for custody of their twin sons. Both Sheen and Mueller included clauses in their custody aggreement that require the other to pass regular drug tests. Mueller and Sheen married in 2008. No word had been given as to when Mueller was expected to appear in court.
